DRAWS 2021

⚠️Coronavirus (COVID-19) Prevention Measures⚠️

Dear Festival Attendee, we all have a responsibility to follow Government Guidelines to reduce the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

It is important that you do not attend The Cleveland Festival if you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, these are:

· A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back · A new continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual) · A loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.

If you have any of these symptoms it is advised to get a PCR test.

It is advised that you take a LFT (Lateral Flow Test) from either the NHS or your Local Authority within 48 hours of attending the Festival.  If your test result is positive it is advised to get a PCR test and do not attend the Festival unless you PCR test result is negative.

Temperature checks will be done on entry to the venue 🌡

⚠️PLEASE STAY AT HOME IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL OR IF YOU HAVE BEEN IMFORMED TO SELF-ISOLATE IN THE PREVIOUS 10 DAYS⚠️

Hand Sanitiser:

Please sanitise your hands when entering the venue and at regular intervals during your visit.

All registrations are through pre entry, upon arrival please report your attendance with Claire Stamper who will be available at the entrance to the club.

For all competitions on Sunday, please register by 10 am.

For the men’s main event on Monday, please register by 10.30 am, ladies pairs by 12 noon and youth by 1 pm.

All competitions will be first name out goes for the bull. Nearest to bull (not just bulls and 25s) throws first in odd numbered legs.

Winner report to front desk immediately.

Loser to stay and mark the next game. If you don’t mark you will be eliminated from all remaining competitions and banned from next years event. Players with byes will be called to mark the first round of games each day.

We have a very busy weekend and a tight schedule so please don’t have us looking around the venue for when its your turn to mark. If you can’t mark you must find your own marker – the front desks will be too busy to look for markers for you, so please don’t ask.

NO DRESS CODE.

Once the events start all 16 match boards will be in use in two different rooms. There will be 4 practice boards in the middle room.

It’s a large venue with different rooms and bars so please make sure if you leave the playing areas someone is listening out for your call.

You will be given 3 calls and then you will be eliminated if your not at the board. No exceptions as we cannot come looking around the venue for you.

We have DartStream LIVE covering the event on one of the stage boards so please be aware you could be called to the streamed board for your game. Obviously, no tour card holders can be streamed so please make us aware of that when you register.
